How do I flush the CDN cache?

Artifakt will cache assets until the `max-age` value expires. Once expired, when a client requests the asset, the system will retrieve a new updated copy of the asset from the origin to serve the client request and refresh the cache.

The best practice to make sure your users always obtain the latest copy of your assets is to version your assets for each update.

Sometimes you may wish to purge cached content for a specific domain or for every one of them and force them to retrieve new updated assets.

Purge cache for a specific domain

To purge the CDN cache for a specific domain, access "Domains" from the environment settings, locate the domain you want to purge the cache from and click on "Purge Cache" under the contextual menu.

Note that cached content will be cleared from the CDN cache after a few seconds.

Purge cache for every domain

To purge the CDN cache for every domain, access "Domains" from the environment settings and click on the "Purge Cache for All Domaine" button.
